Start by going through the tutorials on Video Copilot.

Basically, key your footage layer, pre-compose, turn off the pre-comp in the main comp. Open up the textures in Element 3D and pick the pre-comp as a texture and then add the texture to a plane. There's not much to it other than that.

Nothing wrong here. E3D does not interact with regular AE 3D layers nor 2D ones. If you really want to place yourself directly in the wheel house the simplest way of doing that would be to use your keyed layer as a texture in E3D. Create a pre-comp, reference it as a custom texture in the effect controls, then create a plane inside the E3D editor to which you assign your texture.

Thank you for your reply.

How can i use my keyed layer as a texture in E3D ?

The Keyed layer is a 1 min video ?

And what kind of object that can i use the keyed layer texture on it ?

it is really confusing...

Cropped screenshots that don't tell us anything about the settings are pretty useless for diagnosing problems. If you want to use a layer as a texture you have to add a surface to the 3D scene. Have you gone through the Element 3D tutorials over at Video Copilot?

One more thing,  The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.

Thank you for your reply.

I'll try to show you what is going on inside Element 3D:

I imported this model from an obj file made in "Blender".

so i didn't create it in Element,

Where exactly can i add a surface ?

The problem is i want to add the ACTOR layer directly behind the wheel.

It seems like ACTOR layer in the right position when i rotate the camera

but as you can see ACTOR layer either behind the model or i can change the layers and but the ACTOR layer on top of SHIP ELEMENT layer , not actully a 3D space.

And, yes i saw tutorials at Video Copilot Channel but only if they creating the scene buy putting a surface then Actor standing on the surface and i made a project like this before and it was perfectly fine,

But the problem her is when you have a model and what to add Actor (Keyed layer) inside this model.
