can't run on my mac mini M1

installed my mac first time, but can't run. no third party plugin.

Hi Yolanda5F9B,

 

Sorry for your issue.

After Effects is not supported on M1 chips based computers yet. It's running using Rosetta 2 so we're not really sure on what could be causing the issue so it's hard for us to provide any kind of troubleshooting. Sorry about that.
