Can't save project ( 23 :: 35 )

I have a project and since opening and converting to the new version I cannot resave it.

After Effects error: bad tracked memory ID ( 23 :: 35 )

This is on top of the fact that I can no longer import pngs. Four days to a deadline this is a real emergency. Wondering wether the update hasn't gone so well or can I really not import png files any more???

Can anyone help? I'm thinking a quick fix will be to continue with the previous version until the project is done but not sure how to revert back to a previous version...

I just had this issue and can trace it directly to a .c4d file and cineware. I deleted the c4d file and no longer get the warning.

Yep, same here. Luckily the .c4d files weren't crucial to the project!

Ok, so I might have cracked this myself...woohoo! Panic over!

I went revert to an old version and started copying across all my scripts and plugins. When checking through all the folders I realised that the Plugins>Format folder was empty, which contains all of the file support plugins that allow you to import stuff. I can't be 100% that I didn't overwrite the file during the update, but this doesn't really seem like something I would do. So if anyone has a similar issue then this may be the solution.

Thanks for that. Any ideas why I am getting this issue with the new version though?
