Can't save Project or pick Saving location

Hi, im currently on a Mac Book Pro 13 M1 2020.
My problem is that after effects isnt saving anything anymore, i cant youse the save function or anything similar like the save under, save copy, ...
Yesterday everything worked fine, now i lost 2 hours of animation work because After Effects crashed an i couldnt save my project. 
I already cleared my disk cache, reinstalled, and downgraded to older after effects versions and nothing helped.
I still got enough space on my SSD (more than 200GB) so it cant be a memory problem.

Please help me
