Can't see video preview

Question

I imported a video into my timeline and it won't display the visuals. I'm only hearing the audio when it previews. I tried to see if the video layer was hidden, but there's no eye icon even. Need help with this. Thank you!

Is it happening with a specific media file or with all of them? My guess is that the media file you're using could be corrupted. If that's the case, you can try transcoding it.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Nishu
