Hello Adobers.

Please help me to running the application.

I am using AE CC 2017

I've done these things so far...

Install & Reinstall

Deleting the preference file

Re boot (for sure)

change the installation directory. tried C:\adobe and F:\adobe (I am using SSD for C:\ and 2 extra HDD)

OS : win 8.1K

cpu : i7 4770 3.40GHZ

16GB ram

gtx650

It suddenly stopped working literally.

when running the application, it shows image below and nothing happens.

This kinda problem never happened to me before so.......... is there anybody can help me to solve this?

By the way,,

I am surprised by knowing that there's no way for the direct support from adobe though I am paying over $1,000 for every year.

Correct answer Kevin J. Monahan Jr.

As I mentioned it, I was frustrated how Adobe treat the customers..

I only see the link to community forums.

It seems like many others are experiencing same problems and I think AE has some problems with other installed programs.

I am trying to delete suspicious programs.

Thank you for your help davidarbor.

Sorry for this confusion.

I looked up your Adobe ID and you appear to have an enterprise account so you might have trouble contacting standard support. You are going to need to contact enterprise support. First, contact your IT administrator at your company for details on how to contact Adobe Enterprise support. If you have trouble with that, send me a PM and I will personally escalate your case. More info: What are my contact options?

Thanks,

Kevin

The link to direct support is here: Contact Customer Care  Make sure to click on the Creative Cloud icon.

Are you running the latest dot update of After Effects? It's 14.2.1.

Thank you for the answer.

But I found nothing but indirect support.

I am sure it was the latest version.

After you click on Creative Cloud, then After Effects, then troubleshoot (or another option) did you see a blue "Show me my contact options" button? See the attached screenshot. This allows you to contact support by phone or chat. It looks like not all plans offer this option, but I know it's available with the full Creative Cloud option.
