Can't start After effects on MAC

Trying to open After Effects on MAC, both latest editions. I keep getting error message After effects can't continue. The Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) suite couldn't be loaded. You may need to reinstall. Well... I tried reinstalling and unistallung, restarting, etc.... Nothing works. I see many people have this issue as well, but most are related to a PC, not a MAC. Solutions?!
