@Nishu Kushwaha

My IT supporter figured it out:
Logout from your creative cloud and close the app. Next close all background activities in the Taskmanager and then delete the folder %appdata%\Local\Adobe\OOBE\ and restart your computer.

Hi Simon, since your colleagues on the same subscription can update but you can't, this points at something specific to your account or Creative Cloud desktop app state.

A few things worth trying in order:

1. Sign out and back in on the Creative Cloud desktop app.

2. Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.

If none of those work, this is likely an account-level issue that Adobe Customer Care can look into directly. Reach them via the chat pod on https://adobe.ly/4A95Ioy.

Let me know if any of those work.

Thanks,

Nishu
