Can you copy mask points from 1 frame to the next after doing face tracking?

Hi!  So, I've successfully got AE to track a face and it has points on every frame.  However, most of them didn't end up where I wanted them.  I need to move a bunch around on each frame.  The actor doesn't move much, so it would be so helpful if I could just take the points from frame 385 for example and copy/paste those points to the exact same spot on frame 386.  I've tried selecting all the point and just doing a standard ctrl c/ctrl v and sometimes it puts the points in the wrong spot, and another time it messed up all the points on every frame.  So was wondering if this is even doable, or do I have to go in to hundreds of frames and correct the points manually?  When I copy/paste it also keeps the frames looking very similar, which is very hard when I move things manually.  Thanks!

Select just the keyframe you want to copy then move the CTI (time indicator) to where you want the copy to go and paste. If you select all of the points in the comp panel it will paste all of the keyframes in the timeline starting at the new position.

Thanks Rick!  What if there are already points on the frame I'm pasting to though?  Will it automatically get rid of those?  Since I did the "face tracking" feature, every frame already has points.  They just aren't placed well on most frames, so I'm using their points as a starting point to adjust.  But every single frame already has their points already.

Whatever is there will be replaced. You can just also delete key frames and it will automatically tween between them.
