Can you license an Adobe Stock file from within After Effects?

All the tutorials I see involve selecting items through the library panel. What if I find a clip in a browser window, download a preview and add to my project? Not that it usually works, but within Premier you can license music previews from the app rather than having to download and replace files.

Is there a way to license Adobe Stock preview clips without leaving After Effects?
