Can you remove an item from an active render queue?

Can you remove an item from or rearrange an active render queue? I've tried pausing the render and unchecking them and hitting delete.

I'm rendering long videos of keyed footage, so I don't want to stop my render which has been going for days because I want a complete file. But I'm already rendering on a another computer and want it to skip a file and get it to render the next one in the queue.

You'd think there would be a way, but I can't seem to find it.
