Can you restrict after effects "graphics pack" redistribution and usage?

We have created significant AE efficiencies using graphics packs.  These efficiencies and processes contain company IP.  Is there any way to 1) track usage of the graphics pack (user, IP address, timestamp) and 2) restrict redistribution of graphics packs to others?  Any insights into external management of graphics pack usage would be helpful.   Jon

No and no. Any such thing would require respective encryption and tracking features to exist inside AE. They don't and even if they did, would you really want to encrypt every basic image or tons of large video files? Things simply become way too impractical to even work and users couldn't even do simple modifications without jumping hoops...

You can add elements of many types into Adobe Libraries, and control who has access, but I'm not aware of any such tracking functionality available natively.
