cannot import 3d

Hello running 23.4.0 unable to import any 3d model .obj or .glb any ideas why?

I think the beta version for After Effects which has 3D model import is up to 23.6.

Of course if you have seen it working on .4 then it might be the model format does not conform exactly.  If that's the case, try opening it in either Blender or C4D Lite.  Blender will let you export it as a compatible OBJ file if you are wanting to try it in AE.

I wasnt using beta, am now and works perfectly in 23.6 thx
