I cannot download after effects, It only shows "free trial" or "buy" options on creative cloud app, but I have After Effects on my plan. When I try to purchase, it gives an error: "This purchase is not supported. You already own After Effects." But I cannot use After effects.
Try signing out and then back in to the CC app.
If that doesn't work, try resetting the CC App:To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
