Cannot launch target Adobe After Effects CC 2015!

Hello, I just installed ExtendScript CC 4.0 Toolkit on my MAC running OS X El Capitan, I get this error message when trying to connect to After Effects from within ExtendScript Cannot launch target Adobe After Effects CC 2015!, I also get the same message when trying to launch Premiere Pro and Photoshop all three app are updated to latest version of CC.

Sorry, for just getting back to your response to my question but yes both with will response when I start them first but now if they are not already running in the background.

If you start them manually and then press that link icon, does it connect then?
