Cannot Lengthen Tracks on Some Layers

Normally to lengthen a track in the timeline I would go to the beginning or end of that track and drag it out when I see the bouble arrow symbol. However, that is not working anymore as seen in the video but only on certain layers with a black corner on either end.

I've tried everything and searched everywhere but I can't figure out what is wrong or what the black corners signify on those tracks.

Correct answer Rick Gerard

You are trying to extend an image sequence. Image sequences are just like video, they only have so many frames. If you need to make them longer you'll have to use time remapping and deal with the frame blending that is going to happen. There is no bug, you probably didn't want to import those assets as image sequences.

Thanks Rick, time remapping worked. I'll know next time not to import as an image sequence.

If you didn't need a movie you didn't need an image sequence.
