Cannot open AE with rosetta

Hello Adobe community, I have recently bought after effects and I am trying to use twxitor as one of my presets and effects.

Although, my newer version of AE will not let the effects run because it is "not compatible", well the fix to this is to just run AE on rosetta correct? Applications > AE > Get info > Open with rosetta >. The problem is my rosetta works fine, works with safari, worls with any other app EXCEPT after effects.

This is very frustrating. I've tried to find solutions everywhere. I even posted something on an after effects reddit community. No response. Please help me if you can. I spent a lot of money and time and effort into it only to not be able to use my effects. Thank you.
