Cannot unlock an unlocked list

Question

I added a stabilization tracker. no problem. but when I apply the transform and try to preview it, I always get:

"After Effects error: cannot unlock an unlocked list"

only happens during preview. have not tried a render. it prevents preview at all. If I disable the anchor point transform keyframes, it works. The layers in the screenshot are just a video, and a duplicate video for testing. breaks with or without the extra layer. it is a very simple comp with no effects.

It may be a simple comp, but you are tracking what? Two hours of video? That's insane! That's not what AE is for. It's miraculous the program didn't crash right away when creating the keyframes. Anyway, your workflow doesn't make much sense. If at all you need to split the layers into ten minute segments or even less so AE can handle it. If you insist on abusing it as a long form editor, this will never work.
