Cannot use AE after installing Windows 11

So, let me start this off that I had an issue with my pc, BSOD etc. Got it fixed and was told it was a faulty part. As they fixed this issue, they upgraded my PC to windows 11, which is where my issues started.

I had no issues with AE before besides some rare crashes on windows 10, but now I can't even use my project file without it crashing not even 2 minutes after startup. Usually loads one frame of the preview or not at all.

I've restarted, redownloaded, tried different versions, limiting my other apps RAM use, pretty much everything online would tell you.. so now im clueless. Especially when my PC can run higher applications such as call of duty, so why is after effects having issues?
I haven't been able to use it in a few weeks now, and its extremely disruptive. What do I do, do I need newer parts? Please let me know !
