Cant launch After Effects - CEP Suite cant be loaded

After Effects wont launch, I get an error saying CEP suite couldnt be loaded. We have re-intalled multiple times, changed permissions etc. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for reporting this issue. A reinstall would typically fix this (as indicated by the error). Could you provide more information about your system and how you are installing After Effects?
