Cant reach to Adobe Servers

Hello, I just bought the Adobe subscription and I cant open After Effects. It says that "We cant verify your subscription status". I am connected to wifi and I have put my billing address in. What should I need to do?

Have you reached out to Adobe Support about this? Support would be the best place to start regarding any issues with licensing.

Hello @DanielVFX 

One suggestion I have is to check that you have Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) open and signed in when you attempt to launch AE. CCD handles part of the license pathway and being signed out there can cause issues for launching AE and it being able to verify your subscription.  Otherwise have you followed the other trouble shooting recommendations from the link in that dialog?
