Cant see items in compozition unless zoomed to 100%

I just installed AF
Created a comp and tried to import an image
the image is in the comp but I can't see it
I tried with other stuff also like solids or text

it seems I can only see it if the comp is on 100% zoom and it's not showing anything over the edges

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Please also try purging cache (Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache) & see if it restores the preview.

Windows 11 Pro 64bit
ryzen 7 7800x3d
64 GB
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 super

Purge did not work
Even on 100% if i move the comp so that I can see outside of the edges as soon as I "see outside" everything disappears
If I change the rendering to OpenCl it works but its becomes laggy and a few minutes later I will start getting a bunch of errors and it crashes.
No other rendering option works
