Cant see the video in after effects

Question

Hey guys. For some time now, when I download scenepacks from youtube, using chrome youtube downloaders, when I import my scenepack in mp4 into after effects, I just can't see it, it looks like an mp3 file, even though I can play it and see it outside of after effects. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried using yt-dlp but it's the same, will you give me an idea how to fix it, or any other youtube downloader that will work? Thanks in advance!

PS will show how the file looks like in after effects at the bottom in the attachments

Thanks for writing in, Gxbbq. Try transcoding the file using Media Encoder and then importing it into After Effects.
