This effect has Rotation Axis. I have confusion over it's name.

There is no XY Axis. It should be a XY plane.

XYZ Axis ?

X15Z Axis ?

How will you understand this?

The complete Cycore Manual is available online. Check page 59 for CC ball action.

The X15Z and XY15Z options Rotate the Z axis 15 times for every X or for every XY rotation.

If all else fails, set the Scatter to about 1,000, Grid Spacing to about 15, Ball Size to about 20, and animate Rotation from 0 to about 60º over 4 seconds and play with all of the settings while your work area loops. You'll figure it out.

CC Ball Action also respects the After Effects Camera.

You should also try applying a circular mask about 1/3 the comp width in the center of the layer.
