CC bend not working

Hi,

No way I can make the cc bend work. what I did so far is-

1- First I applied cc bend only to stem (pink flower stem) it does not move all those petals along with it though they are childrened (!!) to it.

2- Then I think maybe I need to precomp the stem. I did that. same result. Bend does not move all those pink flower assets with it though they are attached with the stem. 

3- later I think maybe I have to precomp the pink flower petals, eyes, everything .. and if I attched it to the stem, then it will bend along with the stem!! 

NOTHING WORKS!! 😠

please help me. I want bend to  move all those pink petal elements... It should move all those. They are parent child... What am doing wrong?
