CC Particle Systems II Effect Won't Work

For some strange reason, when I try to apply the CC Particle Suystems II effect it won't appear on screen at all, It was working fine the other day, had no issues at all and now it just does not want to work on this new project. All suggestions are welcome.

    Im having the same issue in AE23 and 24. Srsly no one solved this?

      Have uninstalled and re-installed After Effects and it is now working again

      Move the Current Time indicator to about 2 or 3 seconds to give the particles a chance to generate.
