Center Anchor Point in Layer Content is not working

For some reason the "Center Anchor Point in Layer Content" function is not working. I have restarted the software several times. I have restarted my computer as well.

 

Whether I am using the keyboard shortcut or I am going into Layer > Transform > Center Anchor Point in Layer Content, it does not do anything. I even have preferences set to automatically center the anchor point to the content when I create a shape layer. After Effects is still not centering the anchor point though. Anyone else have this issue?

I have the same issue, when centering anchor point in precomp, it will ignore the alpha channel and simply keep the point in the center of whole composition. I have little small dot in the left corner, after Center anchor point in layer content it stays in the middle of the precomp.

I just tried it on a solid with a mask, shape, and text layer. Layer/Transform/Center Anchor Point in Layer Content is working fine, but the Keyboard shortcut Alt/OPtion + Ctrl/Cmnd + Home isn't working on my Laptop. I have not tried it with a full keyboard.
