Change defualt font for Traditional Chinese text.

I have to copy and paste a lot of English and Traditional Chinese text. My problem is whenever I paste in any Traditional Chinese it defaults to MS Gothic, which doesn't always present the text properly. So I would like a way to tell after-effect to use a more friendly font like Noto Sans TC instead of MS Gothic.
