changement de couleur , after effect

Bonjour ,

Je travaille sur after effect 2025. Je suis sur Macbook pro M4.

Je n'arrive pas a changer la couleur d'un fond gris. J'ai regardé quelques tutos ou il y a l'option ' color change' à chaque fois. Mais la en francais il est introuvable.. J'ai essayé ' changement de couleur' . Mais rien n'apparait.
