Changing from PC to Mac

Question

HiWhat do I need to do to get all my files/projekt from PC to MAC?When I work i InDesign I make a package and can open this file in MAC but how does it work in AE?

After Effects links to all the assets, Collect Files will help save a single consolidated composition to a new folder, but it won't easily move all your work.

The change is easy if you have been storing footage and project files on an external drive. Just connect the drives. If your project and footage files are on your boot drive, you must copy the folder structure to the new system to avoid missing files.

Only a couple of footage formats need to be converted to work on a Mac. All standard footage formats are cross-platform compatible. You will need to download the Mac installers for any 3rd party plug-ins or scripts you have purchased. Other than that, there is not much you need to do.
