Changing the Font and Size of an Essential Graphic in AE?

In Essential Graphics you can enable the Font/Style/Size properties for a "Source Text" element. These appeaer to be editable in Premiere, but I can't figure out how to change them in AE. That is, if I use this composition in AE I don't know where I'd edit the Font/Style/Size for each of use of the composition.

The Source Text itself can be modified in the timeline Master properties, but the other properties do not show up there.
