Changing The Resolution Of All Compositions

Is there a smart way to change the resolution of the whole project (all compositions), including pre-comps, vector files (shapes, AI) and pixel files (PSD and videos)? I need to deliver in UHD but the project is set to FHD.

Check AEScripts.com. There's any number of comp resizing scripts in addition to the one that comes with AE. Of course you still have to update your assets. Pixel based files don't magically remain sharp when upsizing.
