Changing Timeline Layer Display height.

Hello AE Community.

I've scowered the internet to no avail, so I figured i'd ask here.

I'm running an old 2012 I mac at 2560x1440 resolution, and I just picked up a Acer 3840x2610 for a second monitor. I've moved the timeline to the second monitor and it's been great except the height of each layer displayed on the timeline is quite small on this 4k resolution Is it possible to increase the height/size of the layers on the timeline?

Thanks in advance.

Long and short: No. In theory that's what the various DPI/ UI scaling settings are for in the preferences of the different apps, but unfortunately Adobe apps are simply too dumb to handle such heterogenous setups properly due to their rigig UI libraries not being adaptible enough, especially the old car that is AE.

Mylenium,

Thank you for quick response, as it is how I feared. Here's to hoping one day they'll come around. I'd hate to have to squint to see which layer I am selecting on an 8K monitor.

Did you ever find a solution to this? Also frustrated!
