Cinema 4d After Effects Importer Not Working

I have updated both AE and C4D but the C4D importer in not working. I have tried manually placing in the plug ins folder in AE but no go.

Has anyone been able to fix this problem on PC...?

Would you try to upgrade C4D from Maxon web site?
