Cinema 4d Lite not Installing even when Reinstalling After Effects

I have unistalled After Effects and deleted previous Cinema 4D folders in my Applications folder, then reinstalled After Effects but Cinema 4D Lite continues to not be installed. What should I do?

That happens when you justr delete it without properly uninstalling. Refer to this:

 

Fix Adobe Creative Cloud download and install errors

 

Clean out the installer database so it doesn't think C4D is still installed, then try again.
