Cinema 4D locked out

Hi, my cinema 4d is locked out. After launch, it doesn't allow me to do anything or click on anything. Only the thing I can do is close the application. Please take a look at https://vimeo.com/760557915. Can anyone help?

There's no video and you have not provided any other info like system info, screenshots and so on, so we can't really know what's going on.

I have already uninstalled other versions of Cinema 4D. Had a fresh installation of the latest AE. It's still the same.
