CINEMA 4D MAXON PLUG-IN Doesn't work

When I try to use 3D and try to change "RENDERING MODE" from Classic 3D to Cinema 4D, this happens, but when I check my Add-On on Creative Cloud it appears active and working.

Already tried to restart my pc & uninstall and reinstalling After Effects.

How can I do?

i resolved by installing the 2023 version directl by Maxon website (v.2024 doesnt work with AE actual version)

Would you also update the version of Cinema 4D from here?

I tried it, but the problem is still the same. When I try to change 3D Render effect, the warning pop-up comes out and says I dont have it...
