cinema 4D old release still on my hdisk

Hi, I did the update of all the Adobe applications, by the Creative Cloud app, uninstalling the previous versions, and now After Effects is the version 22. Why are the old CINEMA 4D R21 and R 22 folders left on my hdisk (1.5 Gb )? Can I delete them manually?

As for the reason why, it's been a question asked many times and there has never really been an answer to it. You should be fine uninstalling the old versions. Inside those folders are uninstaller executables.
