Clip not importing in after effects cc 2017 when Dynamic linkin

I have after effects and Premiere CC 2017 on my Mac and when i dynamic link the composition is created however the clip from premiere pro wasn't brought over in after effects how can i fix this or this is what 2017 dynamic link does

Hi all,

I am having the same issue with Premiere CC 2017 & After Effects CC2017

Premiere CC 2017.1

AE CC 2017.0

Run on MAC OSX El Capitan v10.11.4

As you can see from the above pic the comp links to Premiere just fine. The clip I've selected in premiere simply isnt' there.

I've checked that the tracks have all been activated in Premiere so that isn't the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have have Dynamically linked Ae comps already inside your Premiere sequence you are trying to Dynamically lonk? - show a full screenshot of the part you are trying to DL in Premiere. If you can - a video capture.

I am having this problem as well. This began 2 days ago (June 6th 2018) working on a project began 2 weeks ago.

AE 15.1.1 (build 12)

This follows a problem with PP not responding and crashing with the latest PP update. Tech support was aware of the PP update crash problem and advised I return to working in 12.0.1 (build 69)

I'm working on 2015 iMac El Capitan 10.11.6

Please advise.
