Color bug

In the small animation I created, I made a rectangle that changes color from dark blue to yellow.

For some reason it decided to turn into a different blue instead. When I tried to change color using the color picker, it seemed like all yellows turn into blue once obove a certain brightness point.

Took a screenshot to demonstrate.

Hi, can you give a little more information? Unable to see what (if any) effects are on the layer, what other layers may play a role, what composite mode the layers are on.
