Color Finesse 2 Registration Issues CS4

I have an old registration for my CS4 Master Collection, and recently have been brushing up on my skills and using Color Finesse. However, I needed to apparently register Color Finesse separately when using it.

From what I've read, there's supposed to be a separate serial number for it with a sicker inside my DVD case, but it's not there. I've attempted to use the serial that activated my suite, but no dice as other forums online said It's not combined. I've attempted calling customer support, who referred me to a chatline, who referred me to post to a forum. I'm really in need of help, and am not sure what to do because all bets say that I likely don't have that separated serial that came in my box 6 years ago.

The Color Finesse 2 serial number was on a sticker placed immediately above the AE/Suite serial number sticker. (I just checked a CS4 DVD case to make sure.)

Also remember that this was the 32-bit Color Finesse 2 LE that was included with CS4. You can download the final version of Color Finesse 2 (v2.1.12) from our website under Downloads > Legacy Versions.

If you can't find your serial number sticker, contact us via support "at" synthetic-ap "dot" com and we'll see what we can do to help.

Have you contacted the folks at Synthetic Aperture to explain your dilemma?   They're the ones who make Color Finesse.
