Color messed up after replace with after effects composition

Question

I cut a part from my clip in premiere pro beta and rendered and replace with after effects composition in after effects i rotoscoped the subject thats all i saved it and when i came back to premiere pro beta the clip that i rotoscope has a darken color now its changed from my original clip what should i do

I'm not sure if your question belongs in After Effects or Premiere Pro Beta. I've moved it to After Effects, but it can be moved again.
