Color not showing correctly in display or in output

Hello everyone,

can anyone help me about why these glitchy error in color always pop up whenever i import anything in after effects? i searched all over but can't find anything. and its not only in display in after effects, it stays the same in export too..

the pictures below shows before and after importin this clip in after effects (if u cant see the error please zoom in a little on the highlighted area)

i hope i can get a response here..
