Color Picker changed all by itself

My color picker just changed seemingly all by itself while working in After Effects. I reinstalled the software but it's still the same. I'm working in 8 bit color and my "working color space" is set to "none". Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

I just figured it out. There are HSB values within the color picker. If you click on the circle button next to the "H" it goes back to normal.
