Comp completely vanished/completely black

Question

So, I was working on this project today and it was working fine. However, when I decided to close and re-open it the comp just completely vanished. Most of the time it's gray, but when I move the playhead it'll be black for a second.
I have already tried the following:

Clearing Cache
Resetting PC
Turn on software only rendering
Check and uncheck Hardware Acceleratte composition, layer, and footage panels
Running as administrator
Reloading my sequences
Unhide each layer one by one

All of my other AE files work fine by the way, it's just this one that does this.

Actually, I've found my issue. It turned out to be one of my plugins, S_Invert.

Also I've tried making a new project and just adding everything back, but it seems like the entire project just freezes and wont let me add anything new.
For example, in the image below, I added a white solid before I re added everything in a singular comp. And now the white solid is just stuck there despite the fact that I deleted it
