I tried reinstalling, resetting but can't figure out how to fix it...

It's not clear what yoiu mean and cropped screenshots clearly don't help, either. You need to do a better job and actually tell us what is not working.

    First thanks for your fast reply! 

    I'm sorry but i wan in a rush as you can see at the bottom part of the Comp Window (preview window) the small buttons are miss aligned (the functions) such as the comp zoon and exposure and the quality selection 

    Aside from all that only half of it is shown
