Eventhough Comp setting duration is 5 sec, why timeline shows maximum 4.29 sec?

Think of it as if you walked into a five story building where the first floor is numbered "0".  If you walk up to the fifth floor, it is going to be numbered "4" (0, 1, 2, 3, 4).

However, with your current Composition settings, you have 150 frames with the first fame numbered "0".  If you go to the last frame, it is going to be numbered "149".  Measured with timecode at 30 frames per second, the first frame is 0;00;00;00 and the last frame is 0;00;04;29.

because you are starting at frame 0 instead of  1. if you start at 1, then you could end at 5. you can change this in composition settings ctrl K to do it how you like
