Compositing Multiple 360 Layers in After Effects

So I've recently starting learning how to composite 360 videos in After Effects. I have two different shots of car interiors. I wanted to do a sort of splitscreen view of both interiors but I can not figure out a way to do this in the VR Comp editor. I want to line them up so the more or less match the same orientation. I tried doing this on the flat 360 image but it leaves the edge of the frame cut off (view attached screenshots). Is there a way of doing this where I can view both in 360 simultaneously and line them up with each other?

Offset the image content with Motion Tile, don't move the layer.
