Composition Scale and Position changed after duplicating??

Ok so I'll try to explain my problem (mabye there is a better solution for this as mine).
I have downloaded a Turntable Music Visualizer Template. However this template is only made for one Song (it also features a turntable start (startup, needle, ...) and a turntable end (needle goes back, ...) comp). But I want to create a Visualizer Video for 3 Songs. That wouldn't be a problem, but there is a little turntable console with a Text, I want to be changed for every new Song (in one Video ofc).
So I did (tried) the following:
Theres is Comp called "Action". This is where the music comp is, and basically any comp needed to let the turntable work (except start and end).So the Comp Action, needs to be adjusted to the length of your Music (in my case 15 min.). All other comps inside of it are only 3 Min. Long (and shuldn't be changed in length). Inside the "Console" Comp, inside the "Action" Comp, lives the "Title" Comp used for the title on the Console (https://postimg.cc/Ln7N3bHz). This is the Title I want to be changed with every Song.
As every other Comp except of "Main" and "Action" are only 3 Min. long, I can't copy the text there and time it correctly.
So My Idea was to duplicate the "Action" Comp 2 times (and dragged it on the timeline) and in the original "Action" Comp I deleted everything, except the Music (this comp will play throughout the entire thing) and in the other Comps I just deleted the Music.
The I duplicated the Comp "Console" 2 times (and dragged each in one of the duplicated "Action" Comps). then my Idea is to duplicate the "Title Comp too (and replace it in the duplicated "Action" Comps) and then time each "Action" Comp in the "Main" Comp according to the Song starts/endings.
The problem now is: When I drag the duplicated " Console" Comps into the "Action" Comps, they aren't at the same place and they are to big. Am I doing something wrong??
I know this is a lot to read, but I hope someone can help me out! If you know a better way to achieve what I want, please tell me 🙂
Thanks in advance!
p.s.: I'm running After Effects CC 2020
