Composition toolbar (parts of > view changer) is gone in new v18

Dear fellows.

After updating to the new version all went well.

But after moving some old plugins over to the new version my composition toolbar is gone.

Please see screenshot attached.
Already tried to reset settings and windows, but the right side is gone.

Any recommendations?

Please help same problem here. All the controls for comp views, resolution and selected view presets on the toolbar are gone! I went into a 4 view mode in 3D work, but now every new project all the controls are missing! Am I nuts? I deleted prefs same thing. Still gone. I know it's probably some stupid obvious thing. First image is a blank project in 2021. And the 2nd is from 2020. Notice all the icons missing?

Sorry not resolution. Just Active Camera, Fast Previews, Views Presets Pulldown Pixel Aspect, Timeline icon, Compositon Flowchart Icon, And Exposure Icon

Were you not able to get the Select View Layout by adding a 3d layer?

Sorry, just found out - You need to activate a 3d layer in a layer.

But now the problem: When u dont have any layers active - you cant switch between views.
